Running a business, be it leading a three hundred strong multi-national company, a cozy eight person team or being a one-man-band, needs a focused goal, a strategy, a vision and giving back to the community.  A balance of work, life, earning and giving back is the key to enjoying life.

 

My career started on the bottom rung in an advertising agency and continued right up to the top of the ladder. When family and children came into my life equation, I jumped onto the snakes and ladder board - moving from a head hunter to event organiser via telco's internal corporate communication officer, a CSR head , a language school director, a media contributor and a language teacher. I took the best career path based on the circumstances in life, regardless of its many turns.
